Services

Five service lines. One starting point.

Every engagement begins with the Architecture Diagnostic. Everything else follows from what it reveals.

The Entry Point

The Architecture Diagnostic

$7,500
Flat fee. Fully credited toward any subsequent engagement.
Begin the Diagnostic

The Diagnostic is a standalone, purchasable engagement — not a sales pitch disguised as a meeting. You leave with a clear, written map of your operating architecture: where it is strong, where it is losing you time and margin, and what the highest-value leverage points are.

Most clients use the Diagnostic as the launchpad for a Build engagement. Some take the findings and act independently. Both outcomes are correct. The $7,500 applies in full as a credit either way.

What you receive: a current-state architecture map, identified leverage points, prioritized recommendations, and a clear set of next steps with associated engagement options.

The Credit Guarantee The $7,500 Diagnostic fee is fully credited toward any Build or Retainer engagement initiated within 90 days. It is not a deposit that gets absorbed — it is payment for real work that then applies toward more work.
The Five Service Lines

What Omnira builds, designs, and deploys.

01
Intelligence Architecture
Cognitive Domain
You have data. You don’t have clarity. We build the difference.

CRM design and implementation, data analysis and visualization, management dashboards, competitive sector intelligence, workforce analytics, and KPI architecture. We convert fragmented information into usable intelligence — and usable intelligence into decisions you can act on at speed.

Typical deliverables
  • CRM design and build
  • Management dashboards
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Workforce analytics
  • KPI and metric architecture
02
Operational Design
Operational Domain
Your business has hidden toll booths. We find them and remove them.

Workflow redesign, inefficiency mapping, handoff architecture, queue management, exception routing, and Force Multiplier workforce optimization. We treat operations as flow architecture — compressing cycle time while increasing control and predictability.

Typical deliverables
  • Workflow redesign
  • Inefficiency mapping
  • Handoff architecture
  • Exception routing design
  • Queue management systems
  • Force Multiplier analysis
03
AI Integration & Governance
Cognitive + Cultural Domains
Category-Defining
The most consequential service Omnira offers — and the rarest credential in the market.

Omnira designed and deployed the first generative AI governance program for a Fortune 10 corporation — covering hundreds of thousands of employees across the US, Central and South America, and the EU. That experience is now available to you. We help you adopt AI the right way, or govern AI you have already adopted before it creates liability.

Typical deliverables
  • AI readiness assessment
  • Capability gap analysis
  • Tool selection guidance
  • AI governance framework
  • Ethics and risk architecture
  • Regulatory compliance review
04
Compliance & Governance Architecture
Cultural + Strategic Domains
We build compliance programs that protect the business structurally — not just defensively.

Policy writing, risk framework design, regulatory and statutory review, business ethics program design, and corporate governance advisory. We advise, design, and deploy. Your attorney approves before any Omnira-created policy goes into effect — we build the system, your counsel signs off on it.

Typical deliverables
  • Policy writing and design
  • Risk framework architecture
  • Regulatory review
  • Statutory analysis
  • Ethics program design
  • Corporate governance advisory
05
Strategic Advisory
Strategic Domain
When the problem isn’t operational but directional.

Competitive analysis, opportunity filtering, scenario planning, marketing strategy guidance, business model stress-testing, and management cadence design. We improve the architecture of strategic reasoning — making key assumptions explicit and therefore governable. Strategy becomes less theatrical and more operational.

Typical deliverables
  • Competitive analysis
  • Opportunity filtering frameworks
  • Scenario planning
  • Marketing strategy guidance
  • Business model review
  • Management cadence design
Transparent Pricing

We show our pricing because serious operators deserve to know what they’re buying.

Pricing is shown publicly. This is intentional. It filters for the right clients and signals confidence in the value of the work. There are no hidden fees, no retainer lock-ins, and no referral relationships with software vendors.

All builds delivered with full client ownershipAlways
Top-Up engagement (tune-up)Scoped per need
Diagnostic credit toward any engagement90 days

You own the system. Omnira is not a subscription. If it needs a tune-up down the road, we scope it then.

The Force Multiplier: an honest conversation about workforce optimization.

We help you accomplish more with the team you have. We are honest about what that means.

Workforce optimization is politically the most sensitive item on Omnira’s service list. It is also the one with the fastest, most measurable ROI. The uncomfortable truth is that AI and architecture can, in most cases, do what multiple administrative employees currently do — and do it better.

Omnira doesn’t apologize for this reality. We help operators see it clearly, plan for it responsibly, and execute it with appropriate consideration for the people involved. The decision about what to do with the freed capacity is always yours.

AI-assisted role with equivalent or greater output
This is not a theoretical projection. It is a conservative estimate based on direct experience building workforce analytics and AI programs at enterprise scale.
